Custom embroidery designs are instantly downloadable. As soon as you downloaded design package it is on your device, and there is no way to return it. That is why no refunds are available.

If you accidentally ordered a design that’s too large for your hoop, please send us your design adjustment order and we’ll create suitable version of this design for you.
